We need captains desperately.. im working ny booty off.. that being said once we transition the phl and sby dash people to the jet this place is going to need at least 15 to 20 captains a month to keep up with growth and attrition.. we are losing 5 captain's a month to flow alone..

Every morning on my last trip I had to hear from another person in the food court or crew room complain that they were supposed to be a captain in 6 months and its now 7 or 8 months. than I see the senior guy next to him.. clench his fists ready to strangle em.

These people are in a great spot.. making great money.. 600 dollars a day when you work open time.. we're all in a great spot with an organization that is going through massive changes in all departments that has a lot of internal and external support.
