I have noticed a trend of increased SOP deviation since the merger. The 5 in 5 was a serious come to Jesus for some at this airline. I saw very, very little of this before mixing of crews. I'm a firm believer of SOP for many reasons. I'm not liking this trend and understand there is little support for my (as well as others) concerns in the training dept. Have I been flying with the wrong guys or is this more common than I thought? I thought I remember 75/76FO having a thread specifically about this before the mixing of crews and metal.
