Training pay is $4753 a month for 2017. $4895 for 2018. You will be on that pay until completion of OE, so usually a few months but possibly longer for any number of reasons.
Work schedule is usually 5 on 2 off but that can vary a bit for sims. You also will get a week or more (sometimes months but don't count on it) off for "home study" before you show up for aircraft training. During this time you will be on training pay as mentioned above. For 2+ day breaks you get positive space travel home and back.
You will get a hotel provided for the 2 week INDOC period only, as a courtesy. After that you are on your own. You will also have to buy your own uniforms. Probation is one year or 400 block hours, whichever comes first. You will still be on "first year pay" until the end of the first year though regardless.
Its a great time to be hired right now with unbelievable advancement and upgrade times that rival start up LCC's, but at MUCH higher pay. That said, the training and first year period lags our competitors in most areas, sometimes in a big way. Long term this more than comes out in the wash and you'll still be equal to or ahead of other options, but it is what it is (FWIW I'm in favor of the UAL model for new hires for pay, hotels and uniforms, and can't stand the "pay your dues" mentality but I digress).
