The second one isn't really a flight school but they do accept students, so they may have a need for CFI's. As for the first, I tried on several occasions to get information on their school when I was still a student. I had very little luck getting in touch with a human, and their prices were rediculous. It's pretty hard to find the first few times, and it's NEVER busy.
If you don't mind a drive, go to Batavia. It's much busier, as they partner with a local college...and I do know they need instructors bad. Bill prefers that you have your MEI, but I would imagine at this point he'll take just a CFI/CFII. Not sure he's gonna be thrilled about having someone come for the few summer months and leave, but you can try.
