Running my fingers around the edges of a 5500' RW, muni owned, airport Hangar construction project. 100' X 100', about 70 aircraft currently in residence. Would lease space, depreciate & hopefully gain experience for additional projects. Anyone willing to share their thoughts, experiences? My PM hopper is currently empty btw. Thanks.
