There is not a single line pilot at Mesa privy to the details of the United CPA--any upper management who have seen it are bound by an a NDA to not discuss any details, including mythical "performance clauses."

You're making stuff up out of thin air.

Also, under the existing merger/successorship language, your pilot group is pretty well protected--anyone affecfed by any theoretical transfer of those jets would probably end up in a much better place.

Your theory naively presumes that United can just snap their fingers and move multi-million dollar assets around from one certificate to another on a whim--that's absurd!!!!! United is not going to just yank 30 E175s overnight in the middle of peak travel season (December, you said), triggering MAG ALPA's asset transfer language, and sit on them while trying to find another regional who can staff, inspect, accept, and bring them online like yesterday--all in the middle of peak travel season.

Like say "March 2018" or make up a more believable fake estimate for your fake theory
