Right now you can bid down from the 900 -> 200. However, there is a 2 year seat lock if you want to go back to the 900. However, that does not prevent you from upgrading to any base / equipment you can hold.
Also, there is talk that the new contract that is being negotiated currently will incur a 1 year seat lock from date of hire.
