I look at any 200 growth as negative. Those planes will be parked and then 9E is left with a crap sandwich. Displacements, layoffs etc. I sure hope we get something else in the pipeline. It might be good for the youngsters who think they'll be here for less than 5 years.l, but why in the hell would Delta go recruit ? There is about 15k qualified pilots out there? Shutdown the regionals and bam! Instant Surplus. C series and 717 is pretty much a parallel with the regional market. In my opinion that's how they are preparing.
