It's always a numbers game. As a relatively inexperienced pilot, and I mean this as some one with no heavy time, Boeing/Airbus type, international experience, used to the kind of schedule/flying we do, your chance for a quick, down to earth freight dog interview was under the old contract when people wouldn't even show up to the interview. You now need to treat this process the same as if you were applying to the big five.
I applied before and had their minimums before but wasn't called.

I noticed now that the new contract is through the minimums skyrocketed to traditional legacy minimums.

I didnt know how to update my application over the past year... Which sucks. You cant keep an open application you can not continue to update as you gain expirence and further progress. Most of the apps they will have on file that way will be horrendously out of date.

I will try emailing a new resume I suppose.
