hahahaha..ok getting back to hiring questions/issues..just attended the job fair yesterday and i know a lot of guys were asking about the cognitive and personality test after they applied. The cognitive test is old. so some of you might have gotten it when they still used it. recently they switched to the gallup personality assessment. So that is why you got a new email with that recently.

There were about maybe 50 guys (and gals) there, i would say most were between ages 35-50. not sure experience, the ones i talked to were regional guys and a few part 91/135

the chief pilot in his presentation said all that remains in the negotiations is scheduling, pay, and retirement (I am not an employee so yes, i don't know the full story - just sharing what i was told yesterday) he said he thinks by august it'll be signed - again maybe just pure propaganda. but everyone can be hopeful right?
