Yeah Joe, we are that "Jeffed" up. That is why we stopped hiring. We had so many bodies in the wrong places, that doing massive bumping is going to put the bodies where they are needed - increasing the productivity of some pilots (Sorry Sled, you might get less pool-time next summer). Sort of like "internal" hiring.
We were paying many hundreds of pilots to not fly, and paying hundreds of others 140 hours a month via SRM, JRM, etc. Same with the FA's.
Hopefully the adults are in charge now. But the bumps are going to be painful for a lot of very JR pilots in BES's where they shouldn't be. I think the 756 left seaters below 5500 are going to go away when it all settles out. Same with the 787 CA's less than 2200.

I hope so! These home projects are breaking the bank!! But it's already heating up as far as flying. I damn near broke 20 hours this month!!!
