Presently, there are no "old guys" that I've run into, perhaps at the sim later this week. Zero "gee wiz" stuff. If you are eager to learn, do what you're told, study what they ask you to, come prepared, then life is great. Lots to study, but nothing overly taxing or complicated. There is a lot for a rookie to take in, but that's the same with any first 121. If you want to be here, have a great attitude and keep making progress they will get you through. If you are coming over from another 121 you'll do fine. Biggest challenge for me has been unlearning former company's callouts.
