Sorry for contributing to the epic thread derail, but:
In 2015 or thereabouts, Guam went from 12 737s to 11. Now, based on the below article, it looks like they're pulling another 3 frames from Guam this November.

So, don't know about pressure for Guam to close, but it does seem like there is pressure to pull their aircraft.
