Ok, my eyes aren't so good. Where did I say GS increase QOL/pay for the majority of the pilot group? But thanks for putting words into my mouth.

But even if I had said that, what an interesting and dumb take you have. Your math is wrong. Total compensation to the pilot group at large is more when pilots earn that money up-front, not when the entire group earns 20% from profit sharing and the company gets 80%.
