This pilot group won't strike, so the ALPA power only goes so far. But, the company doesn't want too much labor strife and drama, so there will be a compromise that both sides can claim victory.

I wouldnt be so sure about the unwillingness to strike. It depends how long they drag this out and just strike vote would probably be effective enough.
Lets see how they like picketing on TV first Bubs. If healthcare doesnt change, how many no votes ( As a percentage) do you anticipate? I'd be a NO if thats the case.
