Siblings, friends, etc...do fly for free, but the government does tax you. They consider it to be income if you extend those benefits to friends or relatives other than a spouse. It isn't much, but they do tax it.
Would a girlfriend/boyfriend that you've lived with for at least a year count as a "domestic partner" or would I be charged for their non-rev travel? How much is the typical charge? Do parents and children travelling non-rev also get charged?
