CP/DO are saying upgrades and hiring for the year are now over. The are now staffed appropriately.

Looks like a lucky few made the upgrade quick. This is not total bad news though as pilots will be moving on to greener pastures on opening up spots for the rest to upgrade and possible hiring. I don't think they company has thought of this as some are saying they may downsize training/sim instructors. Also new hire and recurrent classes are being told there is absolutely no chance of this becoming a giant "Prime Air" owned by amazon and that we wouldn't want this due to Amazons characteristically low wages.
