You could have or not the minimum score to get an interview. There's no way to know, they saw it but something was wrong or missing. That's why they sent you the fix it.
The internal LOR will trigger the App scoring once a year, even if someone recommend you again in 6 month, they won't score it again. Keep your fingers crossed and updating that app every week or so, hopefully you'll get the interview soon.
If you don't the the interview (crickets for ever and ever), get an app review from a interview prep company and next year get another internal.
