Every time I start challenging the powers that be and question what's going on with this whole $$$ thing, I feel like I'm being sold ocean front property in Arizona. I'm just trying to figure out how this happened in the first place, and how come NO ONE is stepping up to the plate. I thought people no-showing classes would send a clear message, but apparently not.
Wow. Just wow. That's insane, and the worst part is that until we get a grievance committee we really don't have the infrastructure in place to challenge it. Paying Captains FO pay is such a blatant disregard of the contract that you'll definitely get your money back, it's just a question of when. In the meantime maybe somebody should take them to small claims court...
