Depends on what your definition of dream is. NetJets isn't a "corporate" job, it is a fractional. Is it better than lots of corporate jobs overall? Yes. Is it better than lots of charter jobs overall? Yes.

I don't know a single person that has ever referred to, or ever regarded NetJets as a dream job. 70% of the pilot group came there because they were on the street and desperate, another 20% came there out of the military, 10% came after the 2006 IBB because they pay increased a lot and lots of expansion made upgrades quick.

I don't know the percentage of people that were hired post furlough that have left but I bet its close to 20%, with an even larger percentage of new hires with their apps already out.
