You must be joking. The Phenom is an absolute death trap. Ask the crews about the brake issues, lack of thrust reversers, or yaw damp failures at altitude. If I had to put money on which fleet would have a complete hull loss next, every penny I have would go on the Phenom.
Not to be forgotten, it might be the most uncomfortable plane capable of doing 5 hours ever made.
