I'd say Mokulele is benefitting from this because it gives them exposure to a new audience of pilots. Who knows? If they get a lot of qualified, good applicants it might end up being that they choose to hire more than just one or two people!
Money is certainly tight here as an FO, but once you upgrade things are doable. Most have saved up some before they come out here and live with roommates, eat cheaply, etc. Let me know if you have more questions!
