Well then how did 6 170s get placed elsewhere? I think you're misunderstanding what scoped out means. Scoped out is I great thing...in fact I hope going forward regional flying is insourced back to mainline.

My point is the 56 remaining 175s are owned by AA and DL. In theory they could get shuffled to another regional...like Endeavor for the DL birds. That does not require any changes in scope.
Agreed, scope doesn't have anything to do with who is flying the airplane, just how many airplanes there are.

American birds could be gone tomorrow, just ask an Envoy pilot (even though they are still under contract). The DL birds are safe for the short foreseeable future, due to the fact that they are the higher GTOW and would require a contract change for them to be flown by someone else (and they are still under contract).
