To rant, just because you landed at Alaska doesn't mean you can't still look and examine your options. Everyone has a host of consideration to consider when deciding is staying put is woth the risk at taking another opportunity.
But really if you'd absolutely never consider leaving no matter what, then I'd stay off the forums.
Good advice. To be honest, I don't blame anyone at Alaska for being super frustrated, upset, annoyed, let down, etc for the lack of leadership or lack of caring from the company. All of the negative posts don't affect my commitments to Alaska and I'll form my own opinion as I get started and see how it affects me personally. Between all of the negative posts there is some great info on the boards.
