Try flying 5 legs in a jet during the summer, dodging thunderstorms, getting ATC re-routes, holding, arguing with dispatch about fuel numbers, diverting...then topping it ALL OFF by landing on 17L, taking the Echo Sierra route from hell, almost running over a damn Coyote as it darts in front of your plane, only to come over the bridge and find out you're gate is occupied...so now you wait on the ground for an additional hour with a full bladder, mean while the B terminal ramp is an absolute zoo...your #1 pack is about ready to just call it quits...and all the passengers are acting like it's your fault.

In conclusion...the help desk guy can go to hell. Everyone flood his desk with phone calls. Please.
If only everyone could be as brave as you. He really hurt your feelings huh?
