Things didn't get better here in late 2014 until staffing levels went critical to where the 900 operation was threatened. We got retention bonuses! The bleeding stopped. Delta will not do a flow until they have no other choice and that means we go staffing critical again or delta starts to struggle filling their classes which is possible in a few years. Fighting and pushing for it now will only get the Delta hammer brought down on us.

PS...Upon reading urbans message a few more times again I will admit that since it is so off the wall the whole post could be satire/sarcasm. I don't think many at all can remotely think that is realistic to expect in a possible new contract.
