Can anyone give some insight to realistic upgrade times at Spirit if someone were hired today. I know Junior Captain had a hire date of 2014, but elsewhere I read it could be 7 years. How long would a new hire expect to hold a line in FLL?
Holding a line is a long time in fll. As far as upgrade, new hires right now will probably not see the left seat without another aircraft order, unless attrition keeps going up.
