If everyone was interviewed per OPs sheet, that would be 11.5 CAs per month.
I assume that Oct-Mar will be slower upgrade months just because that's apparently how things work here, so that average shouldn't inflate too much.
EXCEPT now all of our CA upgrades (well almost all) are DGI eligible. On the whole, someone hired in 2017 may experience a delay onto their 24 months when compared to someone hired in late '15 - early '16.
But we still won't get a flow so everyone for the love of god just show up to work and do your jobs well, have good attitudes, and don't wear that No Flow = Vote No lanyard.
