Howdy! Couple questions for the ladies and gents here. I'm a current regional captain looking to move on to an airline i can see myself staying for the rest of my career. (30+ years) I live in East Texas and my airline doesn't have a base here so not wanting to commute for the rest of my life. I don't care to work for a major if my qol at spirit over time will payoff sooner. Also seems like the new contract y'all are working on will be be nothing for people to stick their noses up at.. Anyone have an idea what first year pay will be? Is Spirit better than what I'm currently doing and are the majority of guys and girls happy at spirit and not wanting to leave (besides the contract which seems to be working itself out soon)?
