Just wondering how it has worked for others and if its the typical BS recruiting or factual based outcomes. So, that being said I would like some input from people who have actually been through the program and what their experiences where both positive and negative. Other than gathering all information available from Envoy and Coast Flight which I am doing I am searching for a actual pilot perspective.
Then congrats, you've found an RTP guy. We're beginning to have our own small mafia-contingent in the company.

Most of your "how does this work" questions are pretty honestly explained in the company information, but if you don't trust them... I and a few dozen friends have come through the Coast/Envoy program and it was pretty much just as advertised.

I think Coast maybe bit off more than they could chew, and are a little backed up (especially for Multi-Engine training)... however it was all paid for. If you're a Navy guy I recommend just getting your Multi Add-on while you wait for a slot at Coast, it's faster and worth the money to do it at one of those "we guarantee your MEL add-on in 5 days for $2k" schoolhouses and then just rely on Coast/Envoy to cover the cost of the hour-building.

If you're an Army/Other guy... and you don't even have a PPL yet like some of them, then just wait until they can fit you in to the Coast schoolhouse and power through. Most guys get it done in a few months. The timeline they give you when you start is decently accurate...

I heard there was a slight issue with the GI Bill deciding they don't like paying for the training, so in case of any issue... Envoy is now giving you the $17k bonus when you start with Coast, to help defray temporary costs.

You will interview (HR only, no tech, no sim) and unless you're a tool... you'll get an offer of pre-employment by noon and then they'll fly you home.

Like I said, it's a pretty simple system... if you're on AirWarriors.com we have a whole thread/explanation on the tiny nuances... but there isn't much to nuance.

Hit me up in PM if you have any other specific questions... make sure to include your full name and e-mail so I can put in to get the recruitment bonus .
