HR launched an official ATI Facebook page a few weeks ago. They also have a dedicated page on LinkedIn. Both sites allow us to post career opportunities, pictures of things going on around the company. Not only will this serve as a recruitment platform, but also provides an outlet for our employees to connect with each other. The hope is that we can continue to grow our online presence. It was a tough month in Wilmington. We really couldn't figure out what to do. So the millennials in the office took to Facebook. We think ATI can build some friends this way. We bought RedFacebucky a new tablet from fisher price so he could play too.


Amazon’s July Performance was 99.53% for the first week of the month. DHL and AMC are at 100% for the same period! Prime Day was a reported success and I have been asked to pass along “thanks” from
Amazon!

Its really kind of hard to elaborate on this & we can't even say the number here in the office with a strait face. We decided not to round the Amazon number to 100 just for ####s sake and all. The early departures, carrying airplanes, volunteering, open time pickups are really helping us out.
