Post contract, most new hires have had between 4000-7000 hours total and at least 1000 jet PIC. These numbers straight from recruiting. If they say the minimum is 3000 and you don't have that, then expect a TBNT. Go to the job fair and meet them anyhow though, it can't hurt.
Your numbers may be the "average", but there have been a number of recent hires from the regional level with very low time.
