I came onto this forum a few months ago looking for some advice weather or not to take a class date with Mesa, I received some good feedback but mostly hate. I'm glad that I didn't listen to the neysayers and took the class date. With the signing of this new deal I really feel like I beat the flood in and will be sitting pretty! I voted no for this contract. Do you get a decent raise yourself right now? Yes. Does that good raise for a few people make it a good contract? NO. I love what I do and have had some good times at this company. But it is frustrating that when people come to this company knowing what the pay is and then fold at getting an increase when the contract is lacks so much. If we would have held our ground it would have been so much better. Good luck paying for the health insurance here if you have a family.
