I have considered other airlines in the past, but really would like to join Allegiant. The day trips and being home are what intrigue me as that is what I am currently used to doing. Unless you have a hidden flaw (are you a convicted axe murderer?), I suspect they think you are way over qualified for them. Why would they go to the expense of training you if you will jump to a major in a couple of years?

Why do you want to work for Allegiant? Domicile? Home most nights? Convince them your hire will be someone who will stick with them.

You can also speak to their pay being much improved in the recent contract, so jumping to the majors is not something in your mind.

Just my suggestion.
