I got the TBNT email, which then stated that I should keep updating my resume for future consideration. I did the video and phone interview as well as a meet and greet. I have over 16,000 hours PIC with a regional, check airman, etc. Maybe they think I am "set in my ways" since I have been with the same company for over 20 years. Having been with your current company for that long, you're likely out of practice answering interview questions. Your issue is not your qualifications. There is a very long time APD from a regional on our list now.
I would suggest you call Emerald Coast or Raven and get an interview skills refresher. It'll make a difference.
