My QOL has significantly decreased by coming here. Not that I expected much for my first year, but I didnt come from the greenest of pastures either. It's just disappointing to see from a place people actually retire from. Staying positive is tough when you get **** on every week.
I hear ya completely! Though I'm off reserve now (thankfully), I have plenty of friends (CA and FO) that are. I truly feel bad for them. I will not take an upgrade until I can hold a line. It's that bad! The are becoming very bitter and dejected. But hey, lets reduce the hiring numbers since we're properly staffed.... They can't even crew trips on normal days. It's comical and quite sad to see the sh!t show during IROPs. Treating our customers like baggage. It's embarrassing walking thru the terminal during these events.
