Thanks so much for your reply. No hidden flaws, just been where I am for over 20 years. I have thought about giving Emerald Coast a call, it has been a long time. The stability of the regionals is a bit concerning and I am very intrigued with how Allegiant is run. I would love to keep doing day trips and be home at night as well as have more stability for my family in the long run. This is definitely not a stepping stone as I don't plan to go anywhere else if ever hired at Allegiant. I guess I didn't do the best at portraying that.
