Yes. Uncle Sam will tax it. The overall amount just depends on what tax bracket you end up in. I "think" that the rate that payroll taxes them on is 25% (someone correct me if I am wrong), but then your total tax at the end of the year is based on how much you make in the year, just like any other income.
You do not pay more in taxes on bonuses than you do on any other salary at the end of the year.
