Yup, the figure heads here need to realize that in order to keep the ship from sinking you must fix the problem before it's under water. I'm afraid they don't care about the future of the company and they only want to make every dime they can for themselves today. Do you think bob gives a care if this place is underwater in 2 years? No because he has made his money, is ready to retire and would sink this airline for another 458 spider in his garage. Spirit can be an amazing company with tons of growth and profits in the future but we need a visionary who wants to build an empire driving the ship, not a washed up CEO who wants to make his last big check at the expense of the corporation. hell we could have the SWA CEO for 1.2M less , it's time to do what is best for Spirit and it's future, not the few executive staff members who use this as their personal bank account. Pay the staff and they will save you, don't pay the staff and you are gambling something that will ultimately lose in a very sort time frame.
