Plenty of people have been hired with 121 training failures. They need to be completely honest about it, be able to explain what they learned from it, and absolutely rock the FTD portion.
Anyone can fail a checkride
Please feel free to wow us with your first person knowledge of how many pilot have been hired here, post contract, with training failures. I'll help you: not many.
Sure, anyone can fail a checkride. I never have, but if you have, I'm sure you have a good excuse.
If a pilot has failed a program (washed out) or had multiple 121 checkride failures, their record indicates training issues which don't jive in a program which required 100% effort and self motivation. And I'm here to say, these people are being weeded out.
