Planesense seems like a good company but they are WAY WAY WAY behind on pay and benefits and that is why they have massive pilot attrition. Hopefully management figures this out before it's too late.

Why the attrition at many of these 135 operators? How about the current incentives offered at the regionals (high starting salaries, sign-on bonuses and flow slots to the majors)? I have never seen offers this good for people with 1500 hours. And starting on an E175 or CR9 at many regionals ain't a bad way to start your airline career. Just saying....
