Why the attrition at many of these 135 operators? How about the current incentives offered at the regionals (high starting salaries, sign-on bonuses and flow slots to the majors)? I have never seen offers this good for people with 1500 hours. And starting on an E175 or CR9 at many regionals ain't a bad way to start your airline career. Just saying....
