Per the CBA we can "shift" our vacation week +/- 3 days post bid award. Has anybody used this option recently with any success? You can never count on it (I know that's a hard pill to swallow when trying to plan) yet I have yet to be denied. However, my last vacation was last month and didn't have to shift. Is the environment different right now.....I don't know.
