New Rule for Reserves:

Every day the DRO is late, add up the delay in minutes and put those minutes in a "time bank". Once those delay minutes equal 4:12 you get a day off.

The DRO the other day was 3+ hours late. They expect us to show up on-time, but yet they can't do their job on-time.

Pathetic.
