Why the attrition at many of these 135 operators? How about the current incentives offered at the regionals (high starting salaries, sign-on bonuses and flow slots to the majors)? I have never seen offers this good for people with 1500 hours. And starting on an E175 or CR9 at many regionals ain't a bad way to start your airline career. Just saying....

No trash talk at all, go crawl back into to your safe space. Point out anything I said that was false. Planesense won't be able to offer everything the airlines can, but when they can't even keep up with other companies flying the same airframe in New England, that says a lot. I've seen those threads. Planesense has it's own set of problems. Just because ex employees haven't had "divorce" threads doesn't mean they don't have issues.
