Now, that said, the people you work with don't pay your mortgage, your kids' education, your retirement, your daughter's wedding, your life insurance so if you die your loved ones are secure, your family vacation, food in the table, clothes on their backs, or an occasional night out.
What does pay for those things is working for an airline with an industry standard contract and unfortunately spirit doesn't have that at this time.
So if high fives and smiles are what you look for in a career airline we are the place to be, if it's providing for the things I listed above then there are better options at this time.
To accel at the meet in greet normal interview common sense probably applies. Be yourself, be humble while at the same time selling yourself, and have a good answer as to why you want to work at spirit and won't leave the second an industry standard airline offers you a job.
I understand your writing and I agree money should be there.... I am not against spirit pilots asking for what they deserve... What I meant is that I don't want to live a life where I am making 250k and still feeling ****ed working with the pilots having that kinda attitude towards others.... You know what I mean...I just want to keep my smile while going to work..... Btw thanks for your response.. I appreciate it.
