I was thinking there's probably a % that the company tracks based on how many RSA's are issued and the number that are picked up. There's most likely a cost analysis that drives their ability to predict how likely the pilot group will continue to support whatever level of staffing they're desiring to input into the operation.
The staffing issues we're seeing are all cost. I still think we're on the verge of seeing some major changes at jblue. The CBA is a part of that and it's obviously related to a huge cost.
I think the changes will reflect the 190 replacement and the 320LR.

In the session I attended one of the pilots in a nutshell asked if they thought guys going above and beyond (RSAs) is hurting our cause and the lawyer wouldn't go near it! Total plutonium since Spirit is being sued. So the selfish pricks that want to keep picking them up will get ZERO resistance from the union. As expected. So if they don't give a shot about keeping newbys on RSV, slowing upgrades and keep bailing the company out so they don't have to staff for more than severe clear in sept/thus maybe get this CBA done sooner rather than later-than so be it... Godspeed! I'll just keep my opinions to myself!
