New Jumpseat priorities
With the new system. A business traveler can bump a staging crew member, so booking in the business category seems the smart way to commute to MEM. Now does anyone know; if we book the jumpseat into MEM in business or the new level 4 (?) and the flight is delayed or cancelled. Do we still have the same protection as if we booked "staging"? The contract says staging not business. Just wondering if we would still be covered in the "no harm, no foul" rule. Or is the only way we get the "no harm, no foul" trip removal is if we were booked in the staging (7?) category?
