Since I've never bumped someone, I don't know.
Often when I'm standing by for a j/s, I have to make a phone call to j/s admin to get it resolved. I guess I was thinking if the bump process has been used, there would be some kind of feedback to the guy doing the bumping.
Absent that, I guess I would hope, again, that if seats were at a premium and someone booking Biz in lieu of a ticket suddenly found themselves with a seat after being standby, they'd at least look into it.
