I'm reading that commuting is not the way to go for this airline, so I hoping someone can give me a rundown on the IWA base, i.e. seniority, schedules and if not right away how long it would be to get to this base?

How bad would commuting to LAS be from PHX area, probably driving 3.5 hours since jumpseating would be at least the same amount of time?
