The hotel committee has their responsibilities and the negotiating committee has theirs. There is no reason one should interfere with the other.
So bring it up with the hotel committee. No need for you to whine on a public forum as it will accomplish nothing, well, except build the case that the majority are happy with the way the committee is performing their jobs. So, thanks for that.
I will say the standard has come up over the last couple of years and I for one am grateful for the job they are doing! Great job guys!
